REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Pinkchocolade purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within the timeframes below based on the brand:

• Kimith Brand: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Capri: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• All other items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging must be included
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Return: Contact us at shop.pinkchocolade@gmail.com within your applicable return window to initiate a return. We'll provide return instructions and address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
